filing fees. The listed attorney fees are only offered in the the following Georgia counties: Cherokee, Fannin, Gilmer,
Murphy, Pickens and Union. For fees under $100.00, payment in full is expected at the time that I am legally hired.
For fees over $100.00, the amount is to either be paid in full or half the amount is to be paid at the time I am hired and the balance
to be paid when the divorce is filed If you decide not to proceed with the divorce after making the initial payment, I
will retain the amount paid as consultation fee.
